So, if you have any issues during this period, you cannot contact the rental company. Therefore, it's best to avoid this rental company if your plane lands after 7 PM, since after 8 PM, you won't be able to reach anyone to complete the rental process.

I rented a Toyota Corolla hatchback, but received a Mazda 2 hatchback, which is significantly smaller. The representative was an Indian with a heavy accent, making communication difficult. The company's location is very far from the airport, and although they offer airport shuttle service, I had to wait an entire hour at the airport! Very dissatisfied!

Good rental company! The service was also great! On the first day, I noticed the paint was scratched after driving out. I took pictures and notified them via phone and email (it wasn't our fault).

Like: I liked how straight forward the whole process was, how obliging the staff were and the bang for buck.
Dislike: My partner got one car and I had another, her car was terrible to drive, no reflection on the company but if they had to update their cars I would suggest they don’t get anymore Fiat Puntos
