The car pick-up process was smooth and the vehicle was in good condition, but the weekend service hours are too short and the late return fees are very expensive.
The car had a minor issue; the diesel vehicle required AdBlue. When we encountered a problem during the trip, we handled it at a repair shop. After coordination between QEEQ and Europcar, they proactively refunded the repair cost and apologized after we returned the car.
The return process at the store is too slow; it's recommended to arrive a bit earlier.
