When I returned the car, they wouldn't allow me to check my personal belongings inside. After handing over the car, they drove it away. I waited at Chopin Airport for 20 minutes. My bag, containing my Chinese driver's license and its translation, was supposedly not found. I'm a long-time customer of this rental company, but this experience was particularly terrible! Far worse than usual! I advise all Chinese friends not to use this company! My bag didn't even contain any money, yet they claimed it wasn't in the car! I've already requested after-sales support! Don't assume foreigners are more ethical, really! They're not better than us Chinese!
they aggressively pushed to add full insurance for a very expensive rate, saying that if not most likely "the parking lot agent will find a damage" and added 61€ per day
