Couldn't reach customer service in the US; the line always says: 'Currently serving other customers, please wait patiently!' This was quite disappointing. Additionally, the car was old and had obvious lack of power!
Like: The guy in Vancouver was super friendly! Dislike: I was not aware at what point the balance would be deducted but that is probably more my fault because I don‘t often rent cars.
