Very friendly, but there was a shift change right when I arrived. They mistakenly thought my order was combined with another customer who was also renting a car. It took more than an hour to get the car, but the service attitude was consistently excellent.

The deposit was refunded the day after I returned the car (minus toll fees). During our 12-day road trip, the roads were well-constructed, wide, and not very crowded. Fortunately, we rented a small car, otherwise it would have been difficult to navigate in and out of small towns. Google Maps often directed us to very narrow roads in small towns. The toll fee was automatically charged through an HGS device, and gas stations offered free car washes.
