They answered all my questions and were very enthusiastic. They didn't push additional insurance, just kindly asked once. It felt as convenient as renting a car at home.
I rented cars in two places this time. In Seattle, I encountered some frustrating issues. The receptionist at the front desk insisted on selling me additional insurance. When we told her we didn't need it, she threatened that we might not get the car if we didn't buy it. After we explained that if Washington state law required us to buy it, we would comply if she signed it, she impatiently replied that it was our decision and gave us the car. Thankfully, one of our group understood English; otherwise, we would have been fooled. Additionally, in both places, we booked a Chrysler 300 but were given a Chevrolet sedan instead, likely a Malibu in domestic terms. If it weren't for the need to remain calm abroad and not make a fuss, I would have confronted them. They were just unreasonable. The only consolation was that the car was relatively new. I checked around both rental locations and saw many cars, but not a single Chrysler. Clearly, they are using the Chrysler as a bait.
Like: Best part was vehicle pickup from the kiosk without having to stand in line. It was extremely convenient and quick. Vehicle was in good condition and pretty new. Options available to choose from. Dislike: Someone should be available at vehicle pickup location to explain about how to notify existing scratches etc.
