I flew an international flight, but the car rental pickup point is only near the domestic terminal in Japan. So, I booked a car at the domestic terminal for convenience. However, it turned out the distance between the international and domestic terminals is quite far. The company's desk at the international terminal does not offer a shuttle to the rental point or the domestic terminal; you have to take a public shuttle on your own. When returning the car, the rental company also won't take you to the international terminal. Their service is rigid and needs improvement.

The staff were very professional and attentive, providing thoughtful and comprehensive service for the customers.

Initially, the insurance coverage was not very clear.. Anyway, I ended up purchasing full insurance at the car rental company.

Would be good to provide the option of going directly to the Haneda pick up yard instead of airport counter, as the yard is located just near many airport hotels about 15 mins from the airport itself.
