CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON TIMES AT KANSAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KIX

I rented a car on Wednesday, so there were very few people renting cars. The staff was very attentive and answered all my questions.

Very good and fast

The car is quite old

I booked the car with an ETC card (CEP), and pre-paid for a lump sum of 8000￥。After returning the car, the total cost for the ETC showed 24020￥。The counter said I used some road that not covered by CEP, so I need to pay the different of 10460￥。But when I back home, check through the table they gave me, it shows that the counter girl over charge me by 1580￥。I still waiting for their reply.

The vehicle was brand new. I booked an ETS, and picking up and dropping off the car was convenient. The staff's English was pretty good. I must give a thumbs up for the whole process.

Include the ETC card as a mandatory add on. We had to ask the counter if ETC is provided. Cannot imagine moving around Japan without the ETC.

The car rental company was enthusiastic. Picking up and returning the car was convenient.

Acceptable, but no ETC card

The lady at the counter when returning the car was very impatient and rude, lacking the usual Japanese service spirit. She was irritable and couldn't speak Chinese. It was really terrible!

The car rental procedure was quite slow.

The car body is a bit dirty. And need to check everything celarly as find some scratches on the car body.

Friendly counter staff, but some communication issues due to language barriers.

The car met our expectations. We recommend the staff to be trained in better explanation with English. It was hard to understand some of the things that was said during the pick up process.

Great service attitude, the most important thing is mutual understanding and trust!
