The service attitude wasn't great, the staff sounded very indifferent.

I followed the staff's instructions, parked the car properly, and returned it. Yet they claimed I didn't return the car and charged me.

Hertz is after all a big company with many customers. I arrived at the store at 7:20 AM and there were already two customers in line. Fortunately, the store is big enough to accommodate three customers at the same time. The staff patiently explained the entire rental process and showed no dissatisfaction when I declined the recommended options. They even personally directed me to the window to demonstrate how to pick up the car at the parking building across the street. Very thoughtful. Thumbs up!!

Long queues, reserved model unavailable, had to change the car.

Fairly easy to find, the car was very new with only seven thousand kilometers on it. The paperwork was processed quickly. Adding an additional driver cost $5 per day. Later, due to a change in plans, we returned the car a day earlier and the rental company charged based on the actual rental days.
