Everything else was excellent, the only issue was because it was raining. The store manager suggested we upgrade the car from the convertible we initially booked to a Jeep SUV. Since the pre-authorization was already done, the manager tried to say there weren't any cars like the one we originally booked and suggested another upgrade. I mentioned I saw plenty of the original cars in the parking lot, but he insisted they were all reserved. Finally, I said if we didn't get the car we originally booked, we wouldn't rent from them. Only then, reluctantly, did he agree to give us the car we originally booked. Despite this, everything else was great; the rental point is conveniently located from the airport, return was quick, and the car was in good condition. However, it seems rental companies tend to mislead Chinese customers into upgrading. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
