There was almost no one when I arrived, so I didn't have to queue. It appeared to be a South Asian lady who arranged my order. She was friendly and enthusiastic, and provided detailed instructions on the return location and process in Wellington.

“Check-In in Auckland was a total disaster, but the car was good”
