I didn't buy extra insurance because the counter staff had a cold attitude and didn't say much. They just handed me the keys without showing me to the car. Fortunately, the staff at the rental company next door were very helpful. I initially just asked about daytime running lights, but they enthusiastically showed me how to use all the lights and where to open the trunk and refuel. When returning the car, the counter staff still had the same cold attitude, but the person who inspected the car provided excellent service.

Long queues. The service staff were not very honest.

Not bad. There are quite a few renters, so sometimes you have to wait in line.

The car rental company manager helped us change to a suitable car because we had a lot of luggage. Very friendly service.
