アイルランドでは23歳以上でないとレンタカーを借りることができませんが、レンタカーサイトは事前にこのことを教えてくれませんでした。定金を払って店に行き、車を受け取ろうとした時に初めて借りられないことが判明しました。メールを確認すると、レンタカーサイトは規定の時間の5分前にその情報を送ってきていましたが、すでにキャンセル可能な時間を過ぎていました。それでもレンタカーサイトは返金してくれませんでした。このようなサービスには本当にがっかりしました。

“no documents provided, unacceptable !”

NEVER RECEIVED MY AGREEMENT - I asked several times, this is unacceptable! I was promised by the person at the counter that agreement will be sent next day! never was! I am still waiting, for the invoice as well.

“SCAM rental.”

SCAM!!!! That's all I can say. After arriving to pick up my car the staff decided I'm a resident and demanded some insane documents to rent a car. "Well, sir if you read the fine print..." I DIDN'T GET IT IN THE END!!! Had to pay walk-in prices at a proper place, or lose all the money invested in the trip. Fine, keep the money, hope karma gets you!!

Staff tried to sell us unnecessary things with persistence, deposit is still not released on my credit card a week after returnal, pick up took a hell lot of time, rather unfriendly staff
