Even early in the morning, there's a queue right after they open. I didn't get the Alfa Romeo I booked; they gave me a hybrid Toyota instead, and the deposit is higher than other companies. The inspection form didn't carefully record all vehicle scratches; luckily, I noticed and made them add two more. Otherwise, returning the car would have been a disaster. This was the strictest car return inspection I've ever experienced in Europe!

The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

Pickup and drop-off were convenient. I chose them because of the Alfa Romeo posters but was given a Volkswagen Golf instead. So, if you are aiming for an Alfa Romeo, the chances are very slim. Don’t be misled by the covers featuring Alfa Romeo. If there are two people, a Renault automatic would be very cost-effective. After returning, my credit card was charged 323 euros, and I don’t know what for. Post-rental service is still handling it.

I booked auto car but they said they dont have auto so I should pay more for bigger auto or just same amount but smaller auto or I should go for a manual car even if they mentioned it is auto.

I claimed this issue to the CR then they tried to help me. Still waiting the result.

Wrong mileage at the beginning. No impact on the invoice as it was unlimited. Friendly staff.
