The Alamo in Calgary is very good. When I arrived it was already early morning, but the only staff member was still very friendly and didn't try to upsell anything. This time I finally rented a Grand Cherokee and wasn't switched to any other model. The car had only 4000 km on it, almost new. It accompanied me through snow mountains and grasslands on my trips to Banff, Jasper, and Canmore. Perfect.

The company's service attitude is okay, but in Calgary, the counter staff tried to sell a bunch of extras, and if you didn't want them, their attitude immediately became unfriendly. This was not the case in Toronto. I hope QEEQ can improve this.

Alamo is on par with Enterprise, Hertz, and other companies with excellent service! The car was in good condition (new car), and the pick-up and return process was convenient.
