The rental process was quick and the location is very close to the airport.

The Indian service agent at the Hertz counter had a really bad attitude towards us Chinese.

Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late. The store saw our luggage and gave us a Nissan Pathfinder, which is even bigger than the Toyota Highlander we originally booked. We were very happy, and there were no extra sales pitches. Returning the car was also easy because we had full insurance, so they hardly checked anything. Very convenient, a great experience.

The member of staff were extremely helpful and were king enough to give us a free upgrade.

Cheap and simple to use the booking time didn’t take long at all since I had left the booking to the last moment
