The counter is located in the arrivals hall of the airport, easy to find, but the process is slow and there is a queue. All drivers need to provide their driving licenses and notarized documents for scanning. The staff were very lazy; instead of making a copy on the side, they tore out the notarized document pages for scanning, which is terrible. Picking up the car is far from the counter, with no staff to assist, and the signs are hard to find, so it is entirely self-service.
