The rental company staff were very knowledgeable about the car's condition and pointed out all the scratches on the body. Of course, you should carefully inspect the car to ensure nothing is missed. It's best to take photos as evidence and confirm the scratches with the staff while looking at their records. The return process was also smooth. The staff only asked if everything was okay, I said yes, and after a few minutes of waiting, I cleared the remaining payment. There was no upselling during the pickup process; I just showed my driver's license, passport, pickup form, and credit card. The car was in great condition.
