The car was in good condition, clean, tidy, and fuel-efficient. The return process was quick, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport, making it very convenient.

The car has already run over 110,000 kilometers. The key issue is that at a speed of 85 km/h, the car becomes unstable. Initially thought of changing it in Taupo, but it turns out the only location is in Auckland! Wasted phone expenses, and the person who answered said yes, the car shakes above 85 km/h. They knowingly rented out a car in bad condition! I was dissatisfied throughout the journey.

The picture of a late model Camry is not what we were offered when we arrived. The car was 2006. This is blatant false advertising. The matter was resolved after I complained with a 2016 Ssangyong. A shame it had to happen at all.
