I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing

The exact time frame is dependent on the car supplier and your bank. Normally, there are no notifications for the release of pre-authorization. The pickup time was outside the store's working hours. Communication via mail beforehand was very clear, and the process was straightforward. The car was in good condition, clean, tidy, and fuel-efficient. The return process was quick, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport, making it very convenient.
The car was okay. Nothing fancy. A/C was just okay. However it handled well and have no complaints.
