I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing

Thank you for your review of QEEQ. As part of the authorization process, the deposit amount will be refunded to you within a maximum of 2 months after you have returned the car. The exact time frame is dependent on the car supplier and your bank. Normally, there are no notifications for the release of pre-authorization. We recommend seeking advice from your bank or financial institution for further information. Thanks again for recommending us and we look forward to welcoming you back.
