Christchurch to Queenstown

The staff was very impatient during pickup. We wanted to inspect the car for damage, but they kept urging us to sign. Very bad attitude.

Got an 2016 imax in good conditions (about 100,000km). No automatic doors or automatic headlights though. The boot space is huge and easily fit luggage for big group.

Was difficult to find at the airport

Car was very scratched and the left side speaker did not work.

We went searching for Manual cars and booked that but was given an automatic.

The first car Apex tried to give me had dangerously low tread. The staff member insisted it was fine and showed me a sheet with the tread depth between 3mm and 4mm. I insisted on another car with safer tyres. The 2nd car had very soft brakes, an exhaust rattle and black oil. The cars seem to be poorly maintained
