Pretty good

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

A very good company

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
