The receptionist was quite friendly. The store is located at the very end to the left after exiting the arrival hall. After filling out the form, they required a prepayment of 180 lira for highway tolls, using the H route. It would be better if the pick-up and drop-off locations were marked with coordinates. It would also be good to provide a mobile phone number for the rental company (currently, only a landline is available) to make it easier to send photos.
