QEEQ is really reliable. After comparing with other services, QEEQ offers the best prices and comprehensive insurance. Their service is excellent. If your flight is delayed abroad, their customer support will help you communicate with the rental company, which is very considerate. They also call to check if the car rental went smoothly. QEEQ is getting better and better.

Not happy, they forced me to buy a $15 insurance which they claimed was mandatory. Also, the car probably wasn't fully fueled when given to me, but I forgot to check.

The car was not prepared in advance as per the order! After finishing the paperwork, they went to wash the car! So, we waited for over half an hour! Additionally, I was charged an extra 117 dollars when returning the car! Later, I found out that they had purchased roadside assistance for me without my consent, at a rate of 7.9 dollars per day! I had filled the tank until it couldn't take any more fuel, with the gauge showing more than full! Still, I was charged for the fuel! They took advantage of our poor language skills!

It was an old car with around 33,500 miles used car. No brakes. Interior was broken. Staff trying to sell bigger cars for bigger price. I had to buy new insurance worth $ 86 from Budget because they said they dont deal with 3rd party insurance which i bought from Easyrentcars.com
