Since I provided the flight number, a very nice staff member picked us up as soon as we exited the airport. The service was excellent throughout, and we were given a new car in great condition. After returning the car, they even sent us back to our hotel. A wonderful experience!

When picking up the car, they tried to push us into buying insurance, but I didn’t buy it. When returning the car, they were difficult and the service attitude was not very friendly.

They recommended a type of door insurance, which we declined, and they didn't mention it again. The staff service was good, concise, and efficient. Highly recommend renting a car in Iceland!
