Waited a very long time for the car pick-up and drop-off shuttle from the rental company...

Excellent airport pickup and drop-off

Domestic insurance was not directly accepted, so a high deposit was required when picking up the car. They offered sandstorm insurance, but considering the weather, I did not purchase it. They recommended renting a GPS when picking up the car. However, I had already ordered a free GPS when booking through ZuzuChe, so I didn't rent one. The car actually had a built-in GPS. Perhaps the staff was not familiar with the vehicle, otherwise, they might have tried to upsell. The Chinese GPS was more convenient.

First They did not have the vehicle we booked. They then said they were upgrading us and tried to give us a 9 person van. As you can imagine not ideal for traveling for parking or expense if gas. Not really an upgrade. Then they gave us an old minivan. Not what we had booked but better than the 9 person van!

I purchased insurance before booking the car but then informed me that they would have a $2400 hold on my card if I did not purchase the $30 a day insurance. It was ridiculous. LONGGGG wait to pick up the car and waited forever to be picked up from the airport.
