返却時に、燃料がどれだけ少なくても満タンの料金を請求されることを知らされました。たった3時間の利用で、燃料は1目盛しか減っていなかったのに！車を取ったときに細かい点検をしなかったので、舗装の悪い道を走った際にバンパーが外れてしまいましたが、これは明らかに前の利用者が戻したものでした。保険で追加料金は発生しませんでしたが、そのときのスタッフの『ここを出たら全てはあなたの責任だ』という言葉には腹が立ちました。そして、この会社には中国語サービスが全くありません。苦情の電話番号も全く機能していません。
