Excellent service! I encountered a small issue when renting the car, but the company was very proactive in helping me resolve it, allowing me to get the car. Thumbs up!
When returning the car, it was full of gas. Since I didn't want to go to the gas station, I paid cash at the branch. However, I don't know why 2109.23 Thai Baht was deducted from my credit card (it should have been 1800 Thai Baht). This amount was deducted automatically from my credit card in the afternoon after returning the car. Due to the language barrier, I didn't ask much. Everything else was okay, except for the deposit of 40,000 Thai Baht, which still hasn't been refunded. It doesn't seem necessary to hold such a large amount. Also, I had a local person call to communicate, and they seemed to promise an immediate refund. Overall, everything was fine, but the deposit process is taking too long. It's still not refunded!
Used them in the US and Thailand, friendly staff, but limited vehicle choices. However, the car condition is much better than Shenzhou.
