店舗には2人いるが、1人はほとんど業務を行っていない。半時間待ってからようやく受付が始まった。現場でデュアルカレンシークレジットカードが使えないと告げられ、受付を拒否された。中国語のサービスがなく、困難な場合の支援もない。予約が無効になったが、差額補償を申請することはできなかった。サービスは本当にひどいです。
