Picking up the car at Munich Airport was quick. The staff were friendly and even gave us a brand-new A3.
However, be aware that if you find any issues during the car inspection, you need to register them on the 4th floor. We forgot to inspect the car initially and later found a crack on the back, which worried us for a few days.
The staff during the car return process were also very good; they did not say anything, and the inspection was quick.
P.S: Avoid renting from ENTERPRISE. They have many hidden fees not explained during the booking, and the staff are extremely rude. I highly recommend being cautious if you rent from them.
The front desk staff's attitude was average. The reserved model, a Benz A class, was unavailable, so I had to switch to a similar Mazda 3 diesel model. However, the car was very new, and its performance was exceptional.
