Excellent, but when drop off, a bit confused.

Unexplained charges!!! Did not request full insurance, was told at the store that it was a deposit.

The first time I was alone, it was quick. The second time, there were no cars available and I waited for half an hour. By the time my turn came, there were two people ahead of me, and I waited another 20 minutes. It felt somewhat inefficient, but overall acceptable since language barriers need time.

Easy online booking process and pick up. Lovely car in as new condition.

Staff were to busy flirting with each other so they didn’t talk us through the car or explain very much.

Like: the car match to my request.
Dislike: the staff on collection side never marked down the painting defect, luckily i took the picture and proved to drop off point shown that the defect already there when i collected the car. The car is good except the wheel's tyres and alignment not in good condition, driving became more tired and worry about the slippery when driving in wet weather during my trip.
