If the customer forgets the credit card with their name, at least allow them to use a debit card with their name or the credit card of a companion in the same car. Just like buying goods, when money is paid, service should be provided. If the service is not received, shouldn't the money be returned to the customer?

Our family traveled to Europe for a month. We rented a car in Amsterdam and returned it in Paris. The car was in great condition throughout the journey, and the staff were very friendly. It was a very enjoyable trip.
