Melbourne to Sydney

The location is easy to find. We rented the car at Melbourne Southern Cross and returned it at Sydney International Airport. Both pick-up and drop-off were smooth.

The introduction wasn't detailed enough, and they didn't inform us of the vehicle change time

I get a replacement Holden car which is better than the original Toyota car. It takes me longer than expected for returning the car. It may be due to that it is being the busiest time of the day especially on a public holiday.

The car was collected at Southern Cross railway station, where the cars are parked some distance from the small office. We were shocked to find at collection that our car's exterior had not been cleaned, and that it was covered in bird droppings. For comfort and safety, we were obliged to clean the windscreen and other windows.
