There were various sales pitches and price increases. We booked a Cadillac but they insisted on giving us an Infiniti. Initially, it was $200, but I insisted on not taking it and they reduced it to $150. In the end, we were in a hurry and just accepted it. The car rental company was convenient and the procedures were simple.

The staff were friendly and clearly explained the vehicle's condition. They were also very patient when helping with the return process. Although the provided car model was different from the one I booked, it was even better. There were no additional sales or unclear charges.

Alamo is on par with Enterprise, Hertz, and other companies with excellent service! The car was in good condition (new car), and the pick-up and return process was convenient.
