The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.

I had to wait in line for an hour, which was a bit long. Also, the car rental company in Los Angeles was very sneaky. Despite me saying I didn't want any additional services, they added an extra charge, which I didn't notice until I drove off. The next day, I called the rental company's customer service to have them contact the LA branch to cancel it, but they said it couldn't be done. Eventually, I called Budget customer service myself and got it canceled.

Huge thumbs up to the guy at the counter! He tirelessly helped solve my issue!

The specified model was not available, so we got an upgraded one which was expensive. It took quite a while to sort out the insurance issues.

Pretty good, the car was very new!
