Waited 3 hours at the airport to get the car, which delayed our schedule. No one contacted me during the wait. The car provided was not any of the three models specified, but a Mazda 3. Requested compensation but received no response.

The service from the car rental staff, Judy, was excellent. She explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport was very convenient.
