The pickup process was quick

There were very few staff members. I waited an hour just to get the car.

No employees were present when returning the car.

Arrived at the airport car rental location at 19:10, and it took about 2 hours to get the car. I initially wanted to rent a 9-seater car but was first given a 2-seater car, later it was changed to a 9-seater. My reservation required an automatic car, but the rental location only had manual cars. Due to the long wait, I had to accept a manual one.
