When we arrived, the wait time was a bit long. This counter seems to be shared with the blue T logo company. After completing the paperwork, we waited about half an hour to get the car.
The staff were very friendly during both pick-up and drop-off. Initially, I planned to return the car the night before my flight, but the front desk lady checked and found my flight was the next morning, so she kindly adjusted the return time to the next morning. She also guided me on how to drop off the key. Even though the fuel tank wasn't completely full when I returned the car, they didn't charge me extra. Very impressive.
At the store, I was not provided with roadside service offer. The staff confirmed that the towing fee was not my responsibility, but my credit card was still charged for towing fee, extra fuel fee, and roadside assistance fee (even though I had full insurance). There were many unclear charges on the final bill.
The processing speed is extremely slow, had to wait over an hour to get the car. The service phone is answered by an Indian, making communication difficult. Extending the rental by one day costs 280 dollars, which is unbelievable; that amount could rent a car for four days.
Service was mediocre. They asked for additional money upon arrival and gave me the wrong car.
