I booked a car from SIXTY for 10 AM and provided my flight number, but the flight was delayed. When I arrived at 10:45, the staff was packing up and refused to help. I found the manager who simply said it was after hours and they couldn't assist. I called the rental support and they were also unable to help, even insisted on a minor detail and refused to budge. I had to rent from another company at a higher price. The next morning, I tried to rent again but was told there were no cars available. I had to pay an extra $25 per day for a BMW. Although I had already paid for 4 days, they placed a $500 pre-authorization hold. A very bad experience.
There were a lot of people picking up cars at the time, so the wait time was quite long. The service attitude was fairly good. The staff gave a detailed introduction to the vehicle's features during pickup.
The rental process was simple and fast with no excessive upselling. Very good.
