1. First, the car had damages upon return. Despite our repeated claims of having comprehensive insurance from the rental company, they denied it, saying the insurance didn't cover collisions. 2. After returning, we asked them to email us the repair invoice, but they only provided an amount and deducted the entire deposit. They never replied until recently when they emailed about a fine, but still ignored our earlier request to see the repair invoice for insurance claims. They continue to disregard our requests, making it impossible to file an insurance claim! Very dissatisfied with this rental company!
