Arrived at the rental store at 3 AM, very easy to find, located between gates 7 and 8. Customer service is available 24 hours, and the car pickup was smooth.
The car had 150,000 kilometers on it and the interior lights were broken. There was only one staff member at the counter and it took 15 minutes to process. Be aware that they have a clause stating that in case of an accident, regardless of fault, you must pay 20,000 Thai Baht to the shop. When I refused to sign, they said I couldn't take the car. This unfair clause is extremely concerning. Avoid this company at all costs.
