The experience was just so-so. The car was old, but the interior was relatively clean.

Car was ok a bit battered and old The back window was very hard to see out of as the film was taken off and left a sticky residue overall car was reliable and economical

The guy at the counter was very rude.

Very bad experience. When picking up the car, they didn’t show me the compensation standards for any scratches or damages. When returning the car, we found out that the front bumper was scratched (which was already damaged when we picked up the car). They immediately gave me a bill for 8960 THB. How can it be more expensive to spray paint a bumper on a car worth a few thousand bucks than on my Mercedes? I didn’t sign to approve this charge, but they deducted it nonetheless.

受付カウンターの方はスムーズで良かったです。 去年から5回お借りしていますが、Europecarも含めて、古い車ばかりです。 距離も80,000Km～120,000Kmのものばかりで残念。 日本だと原則、4年以下の車なのですが。。。 WIPER(ウォッシャー)のタンクに水がない。 ガソリンが満タンではない。(これは今まで100回以上、色々な国でレンタカーをお借りして初めてでした。) 満タンでなかったので、チェック用紙にきさいしてあったので、サインをしました。 走り出して直ぐに、20くらいのデジタルメモリが1つ消えました。 返却前にスタンドで給油して、このくらいかな？って、メモリをチェックして返却したら、給油の時より1メモリ減っていて、300Bの請求をされました。 納得いかず、支払わないと言ったら、デポジットから引くので良いですよ！ 日本人の私には、信じられないです。 以前、満タン返しをしなかったときは、概算500Bと給油をする移動費用で100B請求されて支払いました。 にもかかわらず、流石に今回、なっとくいかず、メールしました。 日本、パリ、オーストラリア、USのEuropecarさんでは、勿論、凄く良いです。 タイのスワンナプーム空港は二度と借りないです。 オフィスのMISS TIM？さんは、ルールだからしかたがない！っと、おっしゃっていましたが、ここの会社の社則？柔軟性の指導？をしないとダメだと思います。 レンタカー会社の中で、トップクラスの規模なのに、サービスに問題があるのが残念です。

Arrived at the rental store at 3 AM, very easy to find, located between gates 7 and 8. Customer service is available 24 hours, and the car pickup was smooth.

The car was old and shabby, and the lights were yellow.

This is my second time renting from this company. The service is excellent, and the staff meticulously check the vehicle during pickup.

They do not accept UnionPay credit cards here, and there are extra fees if the credit card used has a different name. They also do not accept cash deposits, credit cards are required.

차량 연식이 너무 오래되어 상태가 좋지 못했다.

Before returning the car, I ate durian at a 711. Since I probably didn't wash my hands, the car had a bit of a smell, and I was fined 7500 THB. Be cautious, everyone. Although this company is cheaper, they are very picky.
