Communication was not very smooth. Basically OK, but the wait time was indeed a bit long, possibly because they needed to clean the car. However, they should have prepared it in advance! The reservation indicated a Honda Pilot or similar model, but we actually got a Honda BRV, which is two levels lower.

I paid the money but didn't manage to pick up the car. Spent a lot on taxi fares, and the rental fee was not refunded.

Like: Efficient and good condition vehicle
Dislike: Site and hire company to be clearer about debit/ credit card requirements. Almost impossible to contact easyrentcars if there is a problem, so best book direct.
