Queued for an hour to pick up the car; got charged over $300 as a deposit. In the end, I found out it was for full insurance which was added secretly.

They promised a Ford Escape or a similar grade vehicle, but we got a Mitsubishi instead, which was quite a letdown. The price might be lower than booking at the store, but it's due to the downgrade in car model. It's not a problem with Budget, but rather the third-party service QEEQ, which I wouldn't use again.

Car was new, comfortable and fun to drive. KIA Soul.

Booking was seamless.

They acknowledged the rate of the contract, but did not accept the insurance coverage that you were offering. However my credit card and private vehicle insurance covered me.
