Booking process wasn't very good first time as I drop the car off at 3am, it started at 7am so I was thinking the gates must be closed, which in the past has stopped me from hiring from ACE, but now I know about the early drop off I will use ACE again
I was really impressed with friendly and professional staff members in ACE Rental Cars office at Perth Airport.
Special thank you to Karen! She explained everything very clearly and made me feel really comfortable driving away with the hired car.
Staff were excellent. The car was quite old and I was worried at times that it may break down. But it did not. It was well needed.
