This rental company is very bad. 1. The pick-up service was over an hour late. 2. The car they provided was in poor condition and the charging port didn't work. 3. They charged us unfairly after returning the car, insisting the tank wasn't full even though we had just filled it up, costing us several extra NZD.

Counter staff were great. Car was ok.

No problem. Car had 333,000 kms which i thought was excessive, turns out i maybe need to keep my own cars longer!

Only issue was changing the time of pickup. Wanted to change it to earlier and not able to do it on the web site. Staff accompanied us at pickup.

The pick up from airport was about 30 minutes, they were busy. Otherwise everyone and every thing was excellent.

First time I have used this. Was happy.

The car was is horrible condition with interior coverings peeling away. Will never use this company. Bad cars and bad classification of cars in model categories.
