The attitude was not good, the staff did not understand Chinese at all. When we called to request a shuttle bus, they told us to take another company's shuttle. After finally finding a shuttle bus, we were told to look for their own, but two shuttles from other companies had already come and gone without seeing theirs. In the end, another company's driver let us get on because we weren't fluent in English and were quite worried, but thankfully their office was right next to ours. The staff didn't understand Chinese at all. We rented a manual car but were not used to it initially, which made the staff very angry. She then asked if we knew how to drive and left. I asked if we could pay extra to upgrade to an automatic car, but she refused and left. If your English is not good, think twice before choosing this company. When returning the car, their attitude was still bad...

The pick-up service was quite good. I called to confirm the pick-up location, and a car arrived promptly. At the office, the paperwork was quickly sorted out. However, they initially gave me the wrong key, so I couldn't start the car at first. I thought there was an issue, but then realized it was due to the incorrect key. The inspection was fairly simple, the car was in good condition, clean, and relatively new. Returning the car was smooth as well, with just a quick inspection.

Generally far from the airport, and the pickup location is also quite a distance from the terminal. The service is very average. Especially in Brisbane, there was a female receptionist in her forties or fifties who was very impatient and intentionally spoke quickly. She almost kept our only driver's license translation. After selling us an additional insurance, she gave us a smoky, battered car with limited space. I will definitely not choose Alpha Car Hire again!

The Office was closed by 12pm even though pickup was stated as 12pm. I had to rent from another company for 1 day so it cost me more money. They should have send a reminder to say they close before 12pm so that customers will not be left stranded
