1. Long waiting time in line, and less than half the counters were open during working hours.
2. The staff is not very patient with people who are not fluent in English.
I will never hire a car from Advantage due to the counter staff and his supervisor tried to sell me SLI “ supplementary liability insurance “ and refused to give me the car unless I pay for the SLI which is already included in my insurance CDW/SLI. They insisted that my policy does not cover it.
