There was no information when they deducted the loss fee from the credit card, and it was very slow. They also didn't inform users about the details of the charges. Had to contact Zuzuche to urge Europcar for detailed information.
Very satisfied. Booked through QEEQ, picked up the car at the store. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. They explained everything clearly when I didn't understand. After submitting the order and documents, they asked if we wanted daily insurance for 50 AUD, but we declined as per the booking. They were okay with it. The car inspection was done, and we received a similar car, a Kia Sportage.
Need to get used to app various functions otherwise default applies.
Europcar confirmed no insurance applied despite me having paid the full insurance cover. As such, Im not sure whether I am covered for the insurance consideration paid.
