Terrible experience. The airport car rental point was too small with limited vehicles, and early pick-up was not allowed. Customers were made to wait without reason, and the staff at the airport location were rude. When picking up the car, the fuel gauge was not full, but customers were asked to sign off on a full tank return. The staff were dishonest; a customer left an item in the car, and the employee falsely claimed it wasn't there.

The staff sent the wrong pickup location via SMS, so we had to take an Uber for 50 minutes to get the car, which delayed our schedule.

It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.
